EL&Co. Return & Exchange Policy

At Ephesus Luxury & Co., we take pride in the quality of our pieces and the satisfaction of our clients. Each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our atelier. Should you experience any concerns with your order, our dedicated Client Care team will assist you with the process.

 

Eligibility

  • Refunds or exchanges are only considered within 7 business days of delivery. After this period, we regret that we are unable to accommodate requests.
  • Items are eligible for exchange or refund only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • To initiate a request, please email house.ephesians@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description, and supporting images.
  • Proof of purchase is required!

 

Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • The following are non-returnable: ALL bath & body products, personalized items, custom orders, final-sale items, and gift cards.
  • For approved exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

 

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds are credited to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

 

Shipping for Returns

  • If a physical return is required, the client is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise determined by our Client Care team.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50.
  • Ephesus Luxury & Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
